Everyone has dreams. It is easy to visualize the life we dream of and deserve. Then why do so many people seem to achieve their dreams while others fall short? There is one characteristic that seems to separate those who "do" from those who "want to". This characteristic is ACTION! People who succeed in life take the time to write down what they want for their life and take steps toward their dreams.

In the book, What They Don't Teach You in the Harvard Business School, Mark McCormack tells of a study conducted on the students in the 1979 Harvard MBA program. In that year, the students were asked, "Have you set clear, written goals for the future and made plans to accomplish them?" Only three percent of the graduates had written goals and plans; 13 percent had goals, but they were not in writing; and a whopping 84 percent had no specific goals at all.

Ten years later, the members of the class were interviewed again, and the finding, while somewhat predictable, were nonetheless astonishing. The 13 percent of the class who had no goals were earning, on average, twice as much as the 84 percent who had no goals at all. And what about the three percent who had clear, written goals? They were earning, on average, ten times as much as the other 97 percent put together.

Although there is debate regarding the existence of such a study, there is no debate that written goals work. This is not proven in research, but in life. Take the time to visualize the life you want. Look at all 7 key areas in life (The 7 F's of Oola: Fitness, Finance, Family, Field, Faith, Friends, and Fun). Write down the Steps you need to take to achieve the life of your dreams. Set attainable MILESTONES (1 week, 1 moth, and 1 year) to build confidence and momentum, and keep your eye on the prize - your dream!

This is YOUR LIFE! Picture the life you desire and deserve. Take action. Take steps to reach milestones and to achieve your dreams!
