Every day we post a few of our thoughts, tips and Oola principles to help you balance and grow your life each and every day. Here are today's 7 Oola Inspirations...

Forgive the people that have hurt you the most. Most importantly, let that forgiveness be the moment you decide to drop the pain that you're carrying. If you continue to carry the pain from your past, then you are allowing that pain, and the person who hurt you, to influence your future. Make your next time better than your last time!

Every situation we find ourselves in is an opportunity to choose love over fear. Our circumstances are never really what need to be changed, it's ourselves that need to change. Choose love in this moment so the next moment can be a reflection of that choice. #OolaAccelerator

Jealousy and envy are related and they will both block your path to #Oola. Envy is the worse of the two evils. The difference between envy and jealousy is this: You are jealous if you want what others have. You suffer from envy if you not only want what others have, but you also want to make sure they don't have it. Who do you show jealousy or envy toward? Today, start changing by choosing to focus on your blessings, not on trying to keep blessings from others.

The life you live is far more influential than the advice you give. Are you telling your kids to stand up for what they know is right, but you let others walk over you? Are you telling your kids to dream big, but you don't believe in your own dreams? Are you telling them to treat others the way they want to be treated, but you tend to think of yourself first? Live what you believe in and it'll be the best advice you can ever show your children. #OolaFamily

Keep people in your life who truly love you, motivate you, encourage you, enhance you, and make you happy. #OolaFriends

Every day we have an opportunity to choose. To choose how we spend our time, who we let in our lives, what we give, and the energy and attitude we bring. How did you spend your day today? Did you make someone else's day special or did you selfishly make choices? Did you give your all to what matters or did you carelessly waste time? Did you bring a positive magnetic energy to the day or did you bring an unsatisfied crabby one? Fully live through the conscious choices you make - it's the #Oola way!
