Cornell Thomas

My name is Cornell Thomas. I’m a basketball coach, trainer, blogger, and author of the book “The Power of Positivity.” I use the game of basketball to teach kids life lessons on and off the court. I write to inspire, motivate, and provoke thought. When I’m not coaching or writing I do things that not only challenge my mind and body but make me happy. I’ve been studying brazilan jiu jitsu for 6 years under Renzo Gracie, I do Crossfit, I play the guitar at a less than amateur level, and I love hanging out with friends and family. I also am two months away from being a certified Life Coach.
